Family's are notified: During regular business hours for incidents without injury and any time there is an injury or transport out of the building and resident to resident altercations med erros

Notify DON for: unexpected death, elopment, falls with injury or any event that results in a life threatening outcome, any VA reportable event staff injury

Notify LALD:  Law enforcement outside of EMS,  unexpected death, elopement and VA reportable events
