Notify LALD: Building emergency (fire, flood, power outage) Law enforcement outside of EMS VA, Elopement, unexpected death, resident hospitalization resulting in LOATCP use the message center on the mytcp.org  (Midwest Geriatrics)

Update MD for falls, med errors, change of cond,transport out of building, Death
