Family's are notified for any  incidents with or without injury  

Notify DON for: unexpected death, elopement, med error,   VA reportable events police presence not EMS ALL Transports out to ER,  extremem exit seeking, out of narcotics, readmission from hospital.

Notify LALD: Building emergency (fire, flood, power outage) Law enforcement outside of EMSunexpected death, elopement and VA reportable events
