Family's are notified  for ANY INCIDENTS INJURY , a change of condition or transport and resident to resident altercations.

Notify DON for: all deaths, elopment, falls with injury or any event that results in a life threatening outcome, any VA reportable event

Notify LALD: Building emergency (fire, flood, power outage) Law enforcement outside of EMS, unexpected death, elopement and VA reportable events
