Family's are notified for any  incidents  with or without injury 

Notify the Assistant ED of all reportable events anything that would warrant a VA report including med errors with injury, elopement, resident to resident altercations, falls with injury, and substantiated abuse or neglect, unwitnessed injuries. IF Assistant ED doesn't respond call Administrator.
