Family's are notified only for any  incidents with injury  if no injury staff will update the next day: Except resident 203 (B.B.)- family would like to be notified immeditaley even if no injury. 

Notify ON CALL NURSE: Elopement, VA, Staffing crisis, unexpected death, Fall w/ fracture 

Notify LALD: Building emergency (fire, flood, power outage) Law enforcement outside of EMSunexpected death, elopement and VA reportable events if you can't reach the DON
