For the past 25 years, Eric has dedicated himself to expanding the breadth and depth of his experience across numerous competencies of senior care nursing. From hands-on care to overseeing teams of nurses to successfully leading training, quality assurance, and compliance, Eric has successfully championed them all.

As the Director of Health Services for Accelerated Care Solutions, Eric leads all clinical operations across senior communities and home health care service offerings. Additionally, he oversees compliance and quality assurance for the organization.

Prior to joining Accelerated Care Solutions, Eric served as Director of Health Services at Great Lakes Management, one of Minnesota's premier property management companies, overseeing a significant portfolio of senior living communities.
