Lori is a senior care operations leader with more than 30 years of hands-on and executive experience. She has led large clinical and operational teams across multiple senior living communities, navigating acquisitions, licensure, and crisis response. As Co-Founder and COO, Lori drives operational excellence with a focus on sustainable, compassionate care.

Eric brings 25 years of experience across senior care nursing, from hands-on clinical care to leading teams, training, and compliance. As Director of Health Services at Accelerated Care Solutions, he oversees clinical operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across senior communities and home health services. His leadership ensures high standards of care and operational excellence.

CLINICAL TRIAGE MANAGER
Nicole brings extensive experience across transitional care, home health, and senior living nursing. As Clinical Triage Manager at Accelerated Care Solutions, she leads and trains the triage nursing team, combining strong clinical expertise with a passion for education.
