For the past 18 years, Katie Cathers has dedicated her career to serving and supporting senior citizens in a variety of roles. While most of it has been in an HR and Employee Relations capacity, her work has spanned multiple capacities, ranging from hands-on care and daily assistance to program development and advocacy, each rooted in a deep commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults.

Katie’s love and admiration for seniors have been the driving force behind her work. She values the wisdom, resilience, and stories they share, and considers it a privilege to contribute to their well-being. Known for her compassion and reliability, she strives to provide the front-line staff with a supportive and collaborative work environment to ensure that they may create meaningful connections and provide dignified, respectful support in every interaction with those entrusted to their care.
