At Accelerated Care Solutions, we believe strong partnerships begin with people who are passionate about supporting senior care communities. That’s why we’re excited to welcome Stacy Rogers as our new Vice President of Business Development & Client Relations.

Stacy brings more than 20 years of experience working alongside seniors, healthcare professionals, and long-term care organizations through leadership roles with Medica, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lifespark, and LeadingAge Minnesota. Throughout her career, she has focused on helping organizations navigate care coordination, workforce challenges, and operational support, experiences that align closely with ACS’s mission to strengthen and support senior living communities.

Her connection to ACS began years ago while working with LeadingAge Minnesota, where Accelerated Care Solutions became one of the first vendor partnerships she helped establish.

"ACS stood out with their innovation and their ability to offer a real solution to workforce challenges in senior living," Stacy said.

As Vice President of Business Development & Client Relations, Stacy will focus on expanding awareness of ACS’s services while building and strengthening relationships with senior care organizations across the industry.

“Stacy brings a unique combination of industry knowledge, relationship-building experience, and genuine passion for senior care,” said Mike McGuire, Co-Founder and CEO of Accelerated Care Solutions. “She understands the challenges providers are facing today, and she shares our commitment to supporting the people behind senior care.”

Accelerated Care Solutions partners with senior living communities to provide after-hours nurse triage and clinical support services designed to improve nurse retention, reduce burnout, and ensure frontline staff have access to experienced clinical guidance during nights, weekends, and holidays.

What excites Stacy most about joining the ACS team is the company’s people-first mindset and commitment to supporting senior communities and the people working within them.

“This is a company that truly cares deeply about senior care,” she shared. “They have strong leadership with extensive knowledge on both the healthcare and technology side of the business.”

She also believes ACS stands apart because of its ability to combine technology, clinical expertise, and operational insight into meaningful support for senior care communities.

“Our technology really sets us apart,” Stacy said. “We offer nurse triage to guide staff outside of standard business hours and provide data to organizations that help support staff education and reduce risk in the future. Our service provides a much-needed work-life balance for onsite staff so they can be rested and ready each day.”

As the senior care industry continues to navigate workforce shortages and operational challenges, Stacy sees opportunities for organizations willing to embrace innovation while continuing to prioritize human connection.

Looking ahead, she is excited to help ACS continue growing while building relationships with providers throughout the senior care space.

“ACS is a true partner and extension of your team,” Stacy said. “We will be a supportive and reliable partner that your organization can depend on to deliver.”

We’re thrilled to welcome Stacy to the team and look forward to the experience, insight, and leadership she brings as we continue supporting senior care communities across the country.
