Notify DON for: unexpected death, elopement, med error,   VA reportable events police presence not EMS ALL Transports out to ER,  extreme exit seeking 

Notify LALD: Building emergency (fire, flood, power outage) Law enforcement outside of EMSunexpected death, elopement and VA reportable events 

Providers Vary check contacts no need to contact staff will do next day
